For Advisers

We work alongside you, not instead of you.

When a business owner becomes suddenly unavailable, advisers are often asked to step in quickly. The challenge is rarely a lack of expertise, it is a lack of visibility. Claracy exists to fill that gap.

Who we work with

We regularly work alongside professionals who support clients through complex and sudden transitions.

Every engagement begins with a conversation. We listen to understand your situation, your concerns, and who else is involved.
From there, we scope the work clearly. You’ll know the timeframe, deliverables, and investment before we begin.
Throughout our work together, we communicate clearly and consistently. No surprises. No scope creep. Just steady progress toward a defined outcome.

How Claracy supports your work

Claracy is not another adviser in the mix. We act as a coordination and clarity layer so that legal, tinancial, and commercial advice can be delivered more effectively.

Bringing together authority, financial position, key contracts, and operational reality into a single, decision-ready view

Identifying immediate risks and priorities so advisers can focus on what matters most

Reducing pressure on families and executors by improving clarity early

Supporting continuity while advisers progress their specialist work

Our involvement is designed to be additive, not overlapping.

How we work with legal and accounting advisers

Claracy works in close coordination with existing advisers.

Where legal execution is required, we work with the family’s existing lawyer wherever possible. If no legal adviser is in place, we help restore initial clarity and support connection with appropriate counsel for ongoing legal needs.

Our role is to ensure authority and facts are clear, so advisers can act with confidence.

When a referral makes sense

A business owner has become suddenly unavailable

Executors or family members hold responsibility without clarity

Authority, access, or decision rights are unclear

The financial and operational position of the business is not fully understood

There is a risk of rushed decisions due to pressure or incomplete information

Have a client who could use support?

If you have a client navigating a sudden business transition and believe additional clarity would help, we are happy to talk. We respect adviser relationships and work collaboratively at all times

If the unexpected has already happened, we are here to help you regain clarity first.

Start with a conversation. No pressure, no obligation.
